We've identified an issue with an external partner that has resulted in users being unable to obtain shipping quotes for order fulfillment. We will keep you informed as progress is made towards a resolution from their end.

Users have reported that they are unable to create shipping labels from RP Admin. We've identified a service interruption that is causing this issue and are working towards a resolve.
