Today (Feb 8th, 2022) we had a partial outage preventing clients from logging in and/or clicking around the platform, which lasted for a couple of hours. Our engineering team was able to resolve it around 7:00 am MT.

This issue only affected the back-end. Front-end (sales, messages, etc.) were not affected. End-users were still able to place orders during this time.
